 Executive Consultation, Pysychometric Profile and Career Assessment

This comprehensive 1:1 consultation together with our feedback is designed to help you take an objective view of your career and related personal circumstances, with a view to developing a strategy to enhance your opportunities for both career and personal satisfaction

This process can help you:

o determine what kind of position and organization best suit your decision-making and communication styles

o identify environments and opportunities where you will most naturally thrive - not just where your skills match

o determine the importance of personal motivators, from wealth creation to increased responsibilities to a more favourable work/life balance and

o assess your estimated market value based on your desired position and geographic preference, as well as your current industry

  
 
 

 

 1:1 Consultations are available in 1.5 hour session units in locations around the UK. These can also be arranged over the phone if more appropriate. A 1.5 hour consultation also entitles executives to up to 1 hour's additional telephone contact over the following 2 month period.

Fees for an initial 1.5 hour session are currently priced in accordance with the schedule below. If you would like to meet up on this basis, please call us on 0870 050 5144 to arrange an appointment. Please note that payment is required in advance of all appointments.

 
 
 

 

 

Initial Fee Structure per 1.5 hour consultation, plus up to 1 hour additional telephone contact:

£175 + VAT + Expenses for those currently / previously earning up to £100K pa basic salary

£250 + VAT + Expenses for those currently / previously earning above £100K base salary

A telephone only service is also available, based on £65 + VAT per hour or part thereof.
