Executive Vacancies on 1st 4 Executive Search Appointments
page are priced as follows:

+ VAT per week, with a minimum duration of 4 weeks
o
6
week package = £300 + VAT
In
addition. a fee of 2.5% first year annual earnings is also
charged against and at the time of any offers made to candidates
who applied through this route.
All applications for positions advertised under this arrangement
ie the 1st 4 Executive Search Appointments page, are directed
through 1st 4 Executive Search in the first instance.
Clients may request that the 1st 4 Executive Search team
arrange initial 1st 4 screening interviews at £200
per candidate + expenses, or any level of psychometric or
other assessment. Separate discussions will be required
to integrate any such requirements into the client's overall
resourcing process, and the fee structure will be amended
accordingly. All expenses incurred in effecting all associated
arrangements are charged on the basis of 1st class rail
fare, petrol at our standard rates, and a nominal consulting
fee of £500 per day.
